We have a no return or exchange policy.  All sales are final.

Incorrect Product

If the product delivered to you is incorrect, please contact our Customer Service via e-mail immediately and include your order number.  After the review of your request, we will send your UPS return label to return the incorrect product.

1. You must submit a request within seven (7) days after receiving your package(s).
2. You may not return your product without our approval. 

3. Upon received incorrect products, we will ship the correct product.

Defective and Damaged Product 

If our product delivered to you is defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service via e-mail.  Please include your order number and a picture of the damaged product. After we review your report, we will refund you the amount of defective or damaged merchandise to your credit card or Paypal account.
