My new favorite kitchen gadget. Sturdier than I expected, and spins quickly and smoothly. I prefer it to my electric mixer for smaller jobs. The base of the whisk is flat so it 'catches' more of the contents to mix. For a single egg white, took less than a minute to get soft peaks and 2 minutes to get stiff peaks. Perfect for making Dalgana coffee and small amounts of whipping cream. Pros: no wires to plug in, no batteries to change, and just rinse the whole whisk under the water when finished. Small enough to go in the utensil drawer (vs the electric mixer that takes up way more space). Cons: none Picture shows egg white with 2 minutes of whisking
