Delivery Information

  1. The order processing and delivery are Monday to Friday (except holidays). We need to take 1 – 3 working days to process and mail your package.
  2. Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
  3. We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
  4. Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  5. Out of stock processing. If your order has out-of-stock products, EFI may cancel your order, or cancel the out-of-stock products individually. At this time, the customer service staff will notify you by email and refund the difference.
  6. Please check your information before submitting your order. If your order information is incorrect, it will delay your order processing progress. Once your order has been shipped, EFI cannot make any changes to the order or offer any refund.
  7. EFI does not accept returns on any products unless for product delivered to you is incorrect or damage, for have so that we can keep the prices affordable for all our customers. Thank you for your support and understanding.
