I think that this is a great idea/product. I had a little trouble getting the frosting to come out right but I think it's just because I need some more practice using it.

A website I found on cake decorating recommended getting a cake smoother. It was hard to find one this size most of them were really small. I'm really happy with this one it was perfect for the cake size that I normally do. It is so much easier than using a butter knife. Love it!
